For cases where still images won't cut it, having ClassifAI generate motion video could be a nice enhancement. Leonardo has a motion feature that turns static AI-generated images into animated videos. Their API allows 150 generations a day and above that has various pricing plans available. Their flow starts with generating an image from a prompt and then selecting a generated image to generate motion video. So this could follow a similar flow as ClassifAI's image generation with the additional option to "generate motion video" from a generated image.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I've not checked to see whether DALLE 3 can support motion video, but if not then adding Leonardo as a service provider for this feature could be an interesting option.
