Add support for Dark Mode

Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

According to a WP.org review post, MapKit JS supports Dark Mode. Assuming that's correct, adding that feature would be a nice addition. If there's some way to inherit from the theme styles that a "dark mode" is enabled and automatically change that in the block that would be great (hopefully @fabiankaegy can help highlight how we might achieve that). Alternatively a toggle in the block for Dark Mode would suffice.
