Redirect Issue

Hi there. there seems so be a redirect issue when using your plugin on a Multisite network. Some users get redirected to a splash screen with all sites they are connected to and not the WP login screen as applied in the settings. We manage to fix it by adding a function to log the user out and force login again to reset the permissions. Not sure if this will be a good fix since an update will remove that code again. Can you please let me know what can cause this? And is it something you can add for a new release? Thank so much.

Hi @Erixaa I am unable to reproduce this issue.

Can you help us with the following information:

1. Is it a sub-domain or sub-directory multisite?
2. Are you managing RSA network-wide or per-site?

It would also be very helpful if you can provide steps to reproduce the issue.

Hi there.

We have our multisites installed as sub-directories.
We have done the config per site because we have some sites that need to be open to the public. So we are not enforcing the settings across the network. Currently the only way for us to make this work is by adding this code
wp_logout();
wp_redirect(wp_login_url());
exit;
to the restricted_site_access.php file. The problem is it forces the users to be logged out from their session when they close the browser. If we dont have that in there then users get redirected to the WordPress splash screen showing all the sites that user are connected to.
