Critical Privacy Bug: Per-App Proxy causes traffic leak and infinite loop in v2rayNG

Hello,
There is a critical privacy issue in the latest version of v2rayNG (v1.10.26).

When using the “Per-App Proxy” feature and selecting a specific app to tunnel, the core fails to route traffic correctly.
Instead of tunneling only the selected app, it causes a loop and the whole system connection freezes or leaks traffic outside the VPN.

This is a serious privacy violation because the user’s network traffic is not properly isolated, and sensitive data can bypass the VPN tunnel.
Older versions of v2rayNG worked correctly and did not have this issue.

You should urgently review and edit the source code of the new core to fix this problem as soon as possible.
The bug makes the Per-App tunneling function unreliable and potentially unsafe for privacy-focused users.
