[AVM Module Issue]: AiMl/AiFoundry should have parameter to specify replica count

Description

The parameter for aiSearchConfiguration should allow for configuring the number of replica's and indexes.

This is important because those numbers have a large impact on cloud costs and introduces issues with small dev/sandbox deployments - who always have the default number of 3 replic's and 1 indexes.

Hey @mvdbosch,
may I assume this issue was created for the /avm/ptn/ai-ml/ai-foundry module?
For the future, please open issues that are concerning a particular module as a 'module issue'. This simply helps us as it is auto-assigned to the corresponding module's owner. :) Pretty much as with #6275 😄

I'll perform this assignment now manually, but please correct me if it was the wrong module afterall.
