[Agent API]: Add new metrics in the agent api

  After the latest core update new metrics has been added to the metrics list. Reference

  Solution:

  Add new endpoints in the agent API protobuf file .

  Needed Endpoints:

  • Latency metrics
  • Packet loss metrics
  • dropped TCP packets

Buonasera @AndreaBozzo , @siddh34 self-assigned this issue a couple of days ago. If you'd like to collaborate on completing it, that would be great.Currently, I’m working on a small CLI refactoring after merging PR #152. Once that’s finished, I’ll be happy to help you with this task as well, in case you need it!

apart for it. If you want we can divide this issue how we can do the changes just let me know

For example I can pickup the rpc endpoints and you can do the changes. It can be vise-versa as well but I am planning to push the rpc changes by this thursday

Haven't started with cli changes I will plug this in by this friday or saturday
