Feature: poly sync ignore empty dirs

a common occurence is my poly sync pre-commits to fail when I am checking out different branches which have new components not yet in main. So when I check out the dir stays behind empty (might be an IDE thing, not sure) but then poly sync complains that I don't have these empty bricks in my projects.

Would be good to ignore dirs that are empty perhaps? Small QOL improvement

@fraser-langton maybe this is a bug. The poly sync command shouldn't return a fail code. It should add any components that are used in code, but missing in the project.

Do you mean poly check? That command should exit with a fail code if a brick is used in code, but not added in a project. I cannot reproduce, can you add more details?

@DavidVujic it wasn't failing with a code, the pre-commit was failing though on account of missing bricks (files changed). but yes would be good to also ignore in check as well

Is it the development project that it wants to add the missing bricks to? The poly sync command will always add bricks to the development project, and if there is code that imports the brick it will add it to the projects using that code.

If it's only the development project, then I think I understand the issue and could look if there is any contents in the actual brick.

oh yep it would've just been the development one, didn't notice it was just that
