Users clearly need to see that finished registration != safed spot at conference

UI/UX Improvement (Better design, usability)

Current Behavior

Especially for teachers ("Betreuende"), in their dashboard it does not become clear that a finished registration does not guaranteer participation at the conference. They are not aware of the role assignment step and that during this step, their application might get rejected.

Proposed Improvement

Put that information somewhere, e.g., as a well visible block in everyone's dashboard. Maybe not only once application has been sent, but all the time for max transparency

less complaints for TNB :)
less angry or disappointed delegates and teachers
