15-4 RSS Feed Link not showing in Header

I may be doing something wrong, but I've followed the code and book to the letter and the "RSS" link does not appear in the Header when added to client/main.html. Launching instance 15-4 from the GitHub repo also does not display the link.

I've created an effective link in includes/header.html, but this isn't obviously consistent with the tutorial.
