Support Telemetry Service in other protocol #802

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm always frustrated when I want to push the data from my OPC UA Server to MQTT Broker, deivceShifu-opcua-http not support telemetryService, only deviceshifu-http-http support
Describe the solution you'd like
Make telemetryService as a universal function applicable to all protocols.
Describe alternatives you've considered
use deviceShifu-http-http to connect deviceshifu-opcua-http and enable telemetry service in deviceshifu-http-http
