ForgeHooksClient#resizeGuiLayers Formatting Error

This is just a formatting error I've noticed when reviewing MinecraftForge#8207 within the backported MinecraftForge#8209. This only applies to the 1.17 version.

I went to PR this onto the current omnibus and found from a quick search that there a lot more occurrences of this in various Forge classes. Just to confirm, are there any exceptions to this rule or should I just change all of them?

There are no exceptions to this in Forge code, that is their formatting rule.
