Replacing the "/" with "-" in the SGI-ID #5
Description
A "/" is considered as a special character and should be avoided. Replacing with a "-". Example for Rhone glacier: B43-03 instead of B43/03.
The only place applied in the database is the view base_data.vw_glacier.
But cross-usage has to be checked (web site and data-portal, API, swisstopo, ...)
