Bug? Org Admin service access

On the org dashboard in staging, when I click on a service that I haven't been added to, I get a "You're not allowed to see this page," but as an org admin, I should automatically have access to all services, including those created before I was added as an admin.

I’ll check the code to see how the permissions are set up. Right now, I’m not seeing this issue on my end when I go through each service, but I'll double check

Right now the system requires users to be explicitly invited to each service. Should org admins automatically have access to all services in their organization without needing individual invites?

If they're an org admin, I don't see why they shouldn't have access to the services within their org. Any thoughts?

Agreed, we should change this so org admins automatically have access to all services within their org.
