Add checks for null in the code like this:

name = dependency.DependencyKind + ": " + dependency.Name.Split('|')[0],

at https://github.com/Glimpse/Glimpse.ApplicationInsights/blob/master/Glimpse.ApplicationInsights/ApplicationInsightsTab.cs#L123

There are more occasions of the similar code that requires null checks
