Dependence on tough-cookie@4.1 pulls in deprecated `punycode` module

punycode module is deprecated from node 21 and later, resulting in deprecation warnings being printed to the console.

Recommended solution is to update to newer tough-cookie versions (@5.x), which do not use the module anymore.

Thanks for the issue. It looks like tough-cookie v5 and up should not cause any compatibility concerns for us, so I'll make that change soon.
