Problem in pacemaker installation

Hello,

I am trying to install the pacemaker code. I follow the steps mentioned in the documentation. However, when I use the python setup.py install command, I get the follwowing error -

Best match: scipy 1.16.1 Processing scipy-1.16.1.tar.gz error: Couldn't find a setup script in /dss/lxclscratch/0D/ra74san/ra74san/easy_install-aic8wpg7/scipy-1.16.1.tar.gz
