The ".NET" and "Microsoft" logos aren't appropriate for non-Microsoft codebases. The ".NET Source Browser" text also sounds like it's telling you that what you are browsing is the source of .NET itself. These would be great things to be able to configure when running HtmlGenerator.exe.
