Cannot build locally due to dukat dependency (Authorisation error)

I was interested in contributing, so I cloned the project, but I am getting an authorisation error for the dukat dependency.
The version referenced does not seem to be publicly available.

Looks good on my side when running ./gradlew build, and https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.jetbrains.dukat/dukat/0.5.8-rc.5 looks publicly available. Could you please check again?
