Possibility to add a plugin that supports LuxureTV

Hi, I'm new to GitHub. I have created a working LuxureTV plugin for Hitomi Downloader (with help of ChatGPT ;) ). It just needs to be added to the Plugins section in Settings, but I don't know how to add it to a "Pull requests" yet. Can someone tell me how to do this? Or would KurtBestor be willing to add the code himself if I sent it to him?
