How to build Hitomi Downloader with the GUI and Python Code

Hello,

I'm trying to set up Hitomi Downloader, but I don't know how to build the code with the GUI. I've tried everything but it doesn't seem to work. How do I make the GUI? How about just running a command line interface?
Like I know you provide me with a GUI, but I want to incorporate the .py code into the GUI so I can also download from more websites using my own .py code. I don't know how to do this though.
