Replace Lin's virtual machine with LeanVM

LeanVM will replace Lin's current virtual machine.

LeanVM is essentially Lin's VM repackaged in another repository.

I made this split mainly because I wanted to tinker with a VM independent from a programming language.

Additionally, Lin's compiler will need to handle loop jumps now instead of delegating the task to the VM.
