I suggest to add a sub-bullet to final bullet "Licenses that include reciprocity or Copyleft clauses include all versions of the GPL, LGPL, AGPL, MPL and CDDL" that says:-

"Some Companies, Divisions, project teams, etc. blacklist/ban use of any code under some licenses."
