The header and footer on the License template looks broken (the footer is also broken in other pages)

It seems something has shifted/changed in some of the templates on https://opensource.org/ and the licenses and footer now look broken

In any of the single pages for the licenses (CPT), for example:

• https://opensource.org/license/bsd-1-clause
• https://opensource.org/license/afl-3-0-php
• https://opensource.org/license/apl1-0-php
• https://opensource.org/license/apache-2-0

The header looks broken:

The footer is also broken on the licenses and in some other pages too (not all pages though):

The footer looks good on these other pages for example:

@mjaragon This is fixed on development https://open-source-initiative-development.mystagingwebsite.com/license/afl-3-0-php , please take a look at it and if it looks good I can push the same fix to trunk.

Some background information about the issue:
The latest WordPress update (6.9) included performance improvements to how the styling for blocks are loaded. It only included styles for the blocks actually used on the page. Unfortunately, it doesn't detect if css classes (like wp-block-columns) are used in theme templates, which we do in the OSI theme. This resulted in frontend styles not being loaded, that are needed to render the columns and other core blocks properly.

The WordPress team is aware of this and it's been documented here, in case you'd like to know more.
