Linux installation guide install commands should consistently include version where needed #288

Currently our Debian install steps include a token that isn't correctly replaced:

And the Fedora install steps do not include the version in the command to execute:

Yeah, 2 bugs in 1 😎 But the changes are so small I'd rather just do 1 PR.
