Ramps 1.4 & Encoders error

I've try to compile with few options for atmega/ramps 1.4 and got this error:

The message itself gives a clue about the issue.

ENABLE_RT_SYNC_MOTIONS must be enabled to allow realtime step counting in sync motions

Hi, I don't want it, it's hasen't encorders connected.
In configuration tool I specified only base options, nothing about encoders...
