PDF examples?

I'd love to see some examples of output, particularly print-ready content. This repo is great for showing input to Pagebot, but when evaluating if I want to use it, I'd like to see what it generates.

@simoncozens The main reason we don't add the output is that it is binary content, which doesn't work so well with git version control. @petrvanblokland Should we add the generated PDF files?

Put it somewhere else and link it? Doesn't really matter if it's VCed or not, but showing people what it looks like is kinda useful.

@simoncozens sure; we're still working toward a stable release and adding many examples however. We'd have to set up some kind of automatically generated page to avoid updating the PDF's manually. I'll discuss it with Petr.
