Bug: Unable to Select Organization During Registration, Leads to "Invalid Arguments" Error

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is. During the user registration process on test.talawa.io, the organization selection field is unresponsive. Attempting to proceed without a selected organization results in an "Invalid Arguments" error.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the registration page on test.talawa.io
2. Fill in all required personal credentials
3. Proceed to the "Select Organization" section
4. Try to search for and select any organization from the list.
   Observed Behavior: The organization does not get selected. The input field does not reflect the choice, and it seems the selection is not carried forward.
5. Click the button to proceed with the registration anyway.
   Observed Behavior: An "Invalid Arguments" error is displayed, and the registration fails.

Expected behavior
After searching for and clicking on an organization from the dropdown list, it should be successfully selected and displayed in the field. The user should then be able to proceed with the registration successfully.

Actual behavior
The organization cannot be selected. The field appears non-interactive or fails to retain the selection. Proceeding without a selection triggers an "Invalid Arguments" error, preventing account creation.
