The README says that to add generic simc options you should add a line starting with
other=
AutoSimC appears to be ignoring those lines.

I was able to accomplish what I wanted to do by adding
"bfa.reorigination_array_stacks" in main.py to the simc_profile_options array but it would be nice to be able to use the documented way of adding specialized simc options to input.txt

the simulationcraft-addon contains the amount of stacks. it is now handled within autosimc automatically
