Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Chores have due dates but lack control over what time they become overdue.
If I want a chore to be started at 8pm (e.g. taking medicine pills), the chore is overdue as soon as the day starts even though the chore is only expected to be performed 20 hours later.
Describe the solution you'd like
Enable adding a time to the chore config.
The chore only becomes overdue after that time.
The next due date should contemplate the time as well.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I've created an automation that triggers based on next due date and the time of the last completion.
This is sub-optimal because if I take 1h to complete a task, I'll always get notified at a later time (notified at 8pm -> complete at 9pm -> next notification is at 9pm -> ...)
