App request for arm_cortex-a9_neon

Thanks for the great project!
I try to put to use a dozen of control boards from obsolete cryptomining hardware, which run an ARMv7 processor with arm_cortex-a9_neon architecture.

Any chance you could recompile the TNgrid app for this architecture?

The testing board is well-connected to the project account, but no app seems to be distributed.
