• Enforcement measures for unauthorized modifications, overrides, or forks.
• Alignment with existing security, DMCA, and license policies under Core7.Quantum systems.
All contributors and maintainers are bound to these rules. This update ensures enforceable, global protection of intellectual property and repository governance.
