Support for netbeans 27

Unable to install, dependency errors. Updates.xml is there listing 1.9.7 but the release with that version do not exist. Therefore, installation fails with network error.

Updated netbeans after a long time from 12+ to 27. Do not force me to downgrade netbeans 😆
