For model reloading we currently use naive server polling. This is not ideal. Eventually we need to have this event driven. Based on mlflow/mlflow#4039 it looks like this have been at least discussed.

  • Review server-side event possibilities.
  • Review custom API changes for model promoting to allow for notification to occur.
