README file example playbooks are not defined in yaml format

SUMMARY

If you check in activemq_uninstall role README file (https://github.com/ansible-middleware/amq/blob/main/roles/activemq_uninstall/README.md) the Example Playbooks are not defined in yaml format like we have in wildfly_driver role README file (https://github.com/ansible-middleware/wildfly/blob/main/roles/wildfly_driver/README.md).

Please go through all the related README files and take the necessary steps.
