[Feature Request]: Enable WiFi/BT for Radxa ROCK 4D on Armbian 26.02.0

Which feature would you like to have?

I have successfully enabled both WiFi and Bluetooth (BT) on the Radxa ROCK 4D board running Armbian version 26.02.0 by adding a specific configuration to the board's setup files.

This fix was achieved by adopting the same method used for the Radxa ROCK 2A.

Proposed Change

The following lines should be added to the board configuration for the Radxa ROCK 4D:

/config/boards/radxa-rock-4d.conf

enable_extension "radxa-aic8800"
AIC_TYPE="usb"
