[BUG]: Home tab in sidebar should open in a new tab instead of the same page

🐞 Description

Clicking the Home tab in the sidebar currently reloads the existing page with https://breba.app/home, instead of opening it in a new browser tab as intended.

🔁 Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://breba.app/
2. Click on the 'Home' tab in the sidebar
3. It reloads the existing page instead of opening it in a new tab
4. See the error

🤔 Expected Behavior

Clicking the Home tab in the sidebar opens a new browser tab with https://breba.app/home

😵 Actual Behavior

Clicking the Home tab in the sidebar currently reloads the existing page (the Breba app itself) with https://breba.app/home

Don't know if I would open in a new tab. I feel like if I intentionally click on home button, that is where I want to go. Maybe ask a third person for a tie breaker.
