Pass list of packages when creating a virtualenv

When creating a virtualenv to run a one-off command, it would be great to be able to do in a single command

For example:

dpv run --temp --with cowsay==5 cowsay hello dpv

| hello dpv |
  =========
         \
          \
            ^__^
            (oo)\_______
            (__)\       )\/\
                ||----w |
                ||     ||

Expanding the idea a little bit more after knowing about https://github.com/timofurrer/try

dpv try requests

Could be a syntactic-sugar for:

dpv run --temp --with requests python
