Release QuasiMock as a separate library #19
Description
QuasiMock is the module that mocks TH so that Template Haskell code can be run at runtime. This makes it possible to test error cases, and also measure test coverage of the TH code. It was suggested that this should be packaged into its own library, and shared for use by others. That's certainly possible.
