Describe The Solution. Why is it needed?

We should have a choco themed codefence for our docs

Right now we render code, including Chocolatey commands using powershell fences and formatting:

Using ```powershell renders:

Write-host 'Code like this'

It would be neat to have fences use choco and render a different color, maybe a brown of some kind?
