Unable to log into Elastic

Installed on Ubuntu with the automated system, made sure there was a username and password entry with this command:
./scripts/password_management.sh -l
This shows the username, when I try to log into Elastic, it says "Username or Password is incorrect, please try again."
Any ideas how to get past this hurdle?

Try source ./scripts/extract_secrets.sh -p
the user is elastic
get the password that corresponds to elastic.
If you have to, you can change the passwords. Make sure you have expect installed on the server first.
