My understanding is that you set DOCKER_HOST env variable connect to remote Docker. https://www.docker.com/blog/how-to-deploy-on-remote-docker-hosts-with-docker-compose/ |

Let's stick with DOCKER_HOST, if that works and there is no specific reason for these selectors. |
