“JuliaMono-RegularItalic.ttf” (v0.061) (I have not tested the other (italic) versions):

“``” (two (or more) consecutive U+0060 (“Grave Accent”)) render using a different glyph, even after all font-feature-settings have been turned off. Paste this test string to see what I mean: “``a`a`”
