Copyright notice in generated files with no license #39

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Generate any protocol definition
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The generated files have a comment that states a copyright to the Technische
Universitaet Muenchen with no license and no explanation what the copyright is
for. As it is no other project can use the generated code since it claims
copyright for something it shouldn't really claim.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
