Description

The microsoft-learn MCP server was added to the registry via PR #252, but it's not currently showing up in the Docker MCP toolkit catalog.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Check the Docker MCP toolkit registry for available servers
2. Search for "microsoft-learn" or "Microsoft Learn"
3. Server is not found in the registry

Additional Context

The server files exist in the repository under servers/microsoft-learn/ with the proper server.yaml, tools.json, and README.md files, but it seems the server hasn't been indexed or made available through the Docker MCP toolkit.
