outdated .net core 2.0.1 references

I am not so experienced in .net and VS2022... I see these examples are 5 years old and THEY DO NOT COMPILE any more. Major reason dot net core 2.0.1 wanted dot net core 8.0.4 instralled

If it's contribution of a particular individual... could happen. But these samples are contributed under Microsoft's supervision. So fix it... please. Or you make yourself ridiculous.
