I'm talking about this paragraph from https://ethereum.org/real-world-assets/:

Art owners looking to capitalize on their collection can sell up to 49 per cent of an artwork’s value on the platform Maecenas, provided the piece is valued at more than $1 million USD.

The link doesn't work and the project doesn't seem active. Their latest post on X is from 2020 (see https://x.com/maecenasart).
