[BUG] Presets in .config/fastfetch/ are not listed properly. #2117

- I have checked the FAQ but the issue is not covered
Description
I tried to apply a custom config from .config/fastfetch/ directory with fastfetch -c but it did not apply (just got printed out once). So I checked fastfetch --list-presets output and it didn't show any of the configs from that directory, even the generated one. Or am I wrong in assuming that the config is applied after running fastfetch -c?
