Three Late check-ins = 1 Leave #3761

Need to add a Feature wherein if an Employee Checks in late to work for three times in a Month then, a leave will be deducted from their Leave Balance. Two times of late entry between 09:00 to 09:05 is exempted and beyond this relaxation, the same rule will be applied.
3 late entries = 1 Leave deduction
6 late entries = 2 Leave deduction and so on.
