BUG - Unable to fetch no. of positions from Job requisition

Information about bug

When you create a Job requisition & go to Staffing plan doc type to pull the no of positions, it Says 0. When you edit the Row & delete Designation then pull it back, it then fetches the no of positions. PFA video for the reference.
