I am a Software Engineer focused on Python who enjoys building and making things better.

On December 2024 I joined BlackRock as a Software Engineer, my first project was to integrate Pantsbuild to our monorepo, leading to build from scratch 2 pipelines, one for quality and the other for publishing wheels. Also, the developer experience has improved a lot since then!

On September 2023 I joined Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Data Engineer, I had the opportunity to learn and build a lot here, from Data Engineering best practices to Web Development, I had the full picture of a web app that fetched data that was populated from data pipelines.

On february 2023 I joined Elementary Robotics as a Machine Learning Aplication Engineer, I did some automation on report generation.

On early 2023 I finished my thesis project, an automated driller machine por printed circuit boards, it recognizes the pin-holes with a custom convolutional neural network for object detection and then it does a translation between pixels to DC motor pulses that reach accurately the pin hole center. I got to do the full ML pipeline since data recolectation, labeling, model building, do the real environment and put the software all together into a Raspberry Pi 4.

On Summer 2022 I started my internship at Nubank as a Data Scientist and finishied it succesfully on December 2022. I got to design and implement a pretty cool neural network on Tensorflow, it accepted two 2D matrices and one vector that described a client; also I had an Scala project to fix some internal dates between DS and BA's in order to generate target tables for training the underwriting model.

On Spring 2022 I got the opportunity to be be an Open Source fellow in the MLH fellowship .
